Lignite dryer introduction:
 Lignite, also known as wood, coal is the lowest degree of coalification mineral coal. A piece of peat and bituminous coal between brown black, matt lean coal. Because it is rich in volatile matter, so easy to burn and smoke. Profile can clearly see the trace of the original wood. Contain soluble in alkali in humic acid. Carbon content 60% ~ 77%, the density is about 1.1 1.2, volatile component is more than 40%. No glial layer thickness. Calorific value is about 23.0-27.2 million coke/kg (5500-6500 kcal/kg). A brown or brown-black, relative density 1.2 ~ 1.45.
Lignite dryer technology
 Before drying methods generally USES centrifugal mechanical dehydration, the equipment is expensive, productivity is low, dehydration amplitude is small, usually only once precipitation around 10%. Still save 15-20% of water content. Rotary lignite dryer, adopt the lignite first broken dispersion and then thermal drying of new technology, make the material drying process to realize the continuous, industrialization and automation. The lignite drying processing after wet coal moisture from 25% ~ 30% to below 13%, used as a fuel coal, improve coal washing and screening process, has the good economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits.
 Rotary lignite dryer, in that the dry coal mass conservation, using the low temperature level 4 drying technology, coal moisture to evaporate to water below 13%. Primary drying area in high humidity condition after 400 ℃ high temperature to remove most of the moisture, ensure that the chemical composition of the lignite don't change and not easy combustion; Secondary drying area room temperature 300 ℃, through WenJiangLi induced air in high yield in addition to water, ensure that lignite not coking; Level 3 drying area indoor temperature 120 ℃, 210 ℃, the use of drum in the crushing plant, repeated impact, scattered material, downstream drying; Level 4 drying zone for high exhaust area, room temperature sixty ℃ - 80 ℃, rely on induced air system is negative pressure of low temperature heat flow out water.
