The machine adopts straight to air circulation way, steel aluminum composite flaking radiator, radiator using steam and heat conduction oil heating, with centrifugal fan direct swap out hot air injection machine up and down in the bellows, hot air through the fluctuation of the bellows nozzle, high speed jet heat flow method, heat flow injection to the veneer two sides, jet stream pressure can break through veneer surface saturation vapor layer, speed up the heat conduction, make the veneer is heated evenly and to achieve the best drying effect.
Drive system
Veneer longitudinal by feed port into the machine inside, the chain drive fluctuation two row roll relative operation, depend on the roller from pressure line, veneer veneer through two roll and lee mouth at the same time, achieve drying and ironing effect, so the machine drying the veneer of level off, smooth and radiant.
Control system
According to customer requirements, manual, stepless variable speed, automatic computer control system, can according to your veneer thickness and the level of the moisture content of need, to adjust feed speed, in order to achieve the ideal drying effect.
Our latest developed a new type of high automatic control drying machine. The machine USES PLC to whole machine for automatic control, the user according to the need of drying veneer thickness, humidity, drying command input control screen, PLC to wind speed, feed speed, the temperature within the machine automatic management, and achieve the optimal drying effect.
Structure selection
Shape structure has a metal shell (iron, aluminum, stainless steel plate, etc.) rock wool insulation, brick body. According to your factory conditions need to production, and can help you to the old machine modification.
